First Baptist of Orlando gives us the opportunity to showcase our ability to selectively assist our customers based on certain needs for certain occasions. When assisting with their Christmas production, our partnership includes the use of our call center and a dedicated toll free number as well as the use of our efficient and trustworthty ticket fulfillment services. This was also the case when Chris Tomlin sold out their 5300 seat sanctuary as well as when Michael W. Smith came to town. For ongoing, more manageable events such as missions trips, women’s ministry luncheons, their customers go online, call the church, or purchase during weekend services. For each situation, our pricing changes and everyone’s happy.
