Prestonwood has sold as many as 70,000 tickets for their long-running Dallas Christmas Festival – an assigned seat event covering twelve performances . While we wouldn’t call the early days of our partnership perfect, or without flaws on our end, a great deal of the system's functionality evolved through the “trial by fire” that eventually resulted in the birth of Brushfire. First Baptist of Orlando gives us the opportunity to showcase our ability to selectively assist our customers based on certain needs for certain occasions. When assisting with their Christmas production, our partnership includes the use of our call center and a dedicated toll free number as well as the use of our efficient and trustworthty ticket fulfillment services. When one of the longest running and largest Easter productions in the church today (more than 80,000 tickets sold at its peak) sought out a new solution to replace their time and volume-challenged solution, few stones were left unturned. When the event calls for a more intimate setting, tickets are sold for a smaller venue on campus. And if tickets need to be scanned, we easily accommodate this with their first class volunteers manning the devices.

If ever anyone tested the limits of Brushfire, McGregor would be that church. At any given time more than twenty different events are active in the McGregor Brushfire system. Youth camps, concerts, conferences, pancake breakfasts, cheerleading, pageants…you name it! And they also sell products online with us. Not many people on staff (and a good number of volunteers as well) DON’T know how to use Brushfire. Offering detailed reporting, nicely compartmentalized event management tools, and a rock solid system that handles a large variety of events makes Brushfire the perfect fit for this organization.
